your password at any time. For
security purposes, each character in
your password is replaced with asterisks
(*) in the display.

This is the email address you must
forward your leads to if you want
LeadPhone™ notification calls from that
source. It cannot be edited.

Suppress Calls/When No
Phone Number Found: LeadPhone™ will
normally make a cell phone notification
call on any email that appears to be a
lead or matches one of your keywords.
Some agents do not want the urgent phone
call unless the lead includes a
telephone number. If you want to
suppress calls when no consumer
telephone number is found, check this
box.
-
Suppress Calls/Same Phone
Number Received Within __ Days:
You may receive multiple inquiries from
the same person over a short period of
time. LeadPhone™ will normally call
you each time a matching lead is
received. If you would prefer not
to receive multiple phone calls in this
situation, you can instruct the system
to ignore subsequent calls occurring
within a specified number of days.
If you wish to use this feature, enter
the number of days here.
-
Notification Hours/Time Zone:
Select your time zone, here. Time
zones automatically adjust for Daylight
Savings Time except for users in those
areas which do not observe DST (Hawaii,
Arizona, and parts of Indiana).
Those users will need to manually adjust
to the neighboring time zone when DST
starts and stops elsewhere in the
country.
-
Notification Hours/IN-OUT Times:
Select the normal hours during which you want to receive
LeadPhone™ notification calls.
Emails received outside these hours will
still be received in your email, but a
call will not be made (even the next

all on a particular day, set the IN time
and the OUT time to the same hour.
You can temporarily over-ride these
normal hours on the "Notification
Options" screen.
-
Other/Voice: Select whether
you want your LeadPhone™ calls to be
delivered in a Female or Male voice.

into your LeadPhone™ account.
