When you log into your
LeadPhone account, you will see this screen.
It is considered your "home page" within
LeadPhone. Once you have filled in the
information on your "Settings"
page, you can use the Notification Options
to quickly turn notification on or off, or
select between your primary and alternate
telephone numbers.

-
Check me/In: This is
LeadPhone's default status. Most
users simply leave themselves "checked
in" and never adjust the setting.
If you are "checked in" the system will
only make calls to your phone during the
notification hours that you established
in
Settings.
-
Check me/Out: If you want
to temporarily over-ride your normal
Notification Hours, you can select
"Check me: Out" and the system will not
place any more calls to you on that same
day, unless you check back in.
This will automatically reset to "In"
when your notification hours resume the
next business day.
-
Check me/Out Until: If you
want to be "checked out" for longer than
the current day, you can select this
option. You must enter a date and
time that you want the system to
automatically check you back in for
notification calls. If you become
available earlier than you had planned,
simply come back to this screen and
check back "in".
-
Time: This is
used only in conjunction with "Check me:
Out Until" described above. Click
on the down arrow and select the time of
day from the drop-down box. If you
do not select a time of day, the system
will check you back in when your
notification hours start on the date you
selected.
-
Date: This is
used only in conjunction with "Check me:
Out Until" described above. To
make your selection, click on the date
box and a monthly calendar will pop up.
Click on the date you want to enter your
choice. Use the arrows to navigate
to different months or years. You
must select the date you want the system
to check you back in, or else the system
will default to today's date.
-
Call me on/Primary: This is
the default. Select this button to
have all notification calls go to your
primary phone number (entered in
Settings)
-
Call me on/Alternate:
Select this button to have all
notification calls go to your alternate
phone number (entered in
Settings)
-
Save Changes: You must
click "Save Changes" to record any
modifications you make on this screen,
or the changes will be lost.

Tip! |
|
Your changes to
the Notification Options are not saved until
you click the "Save Changes" button.
Once you have
saved, the settings remain in place until
you change them.
