About Us |

LeadPhone™ was created by the real estate people of Do
Not Call Sentry, LLC. We are brokers and
technologists who understand the real estate business
and know how to build easy-to-use technology that really
works for real estate. Our powerful tools reflect
our core experience as active brokers and share an
ease-of-use that is rare in real estate technology
applications.
| LeadPhone™ was introduced to the real estate community
in November 2002, at the annual convention of the
National Association of REALTORS® in New Orleans. It
was the industry's first tool created to
give agents instant
notification of new Internet leads from all
of their Websites, using the one tool they
all had and used every day... the cell
phone!

Our Other Real Estate Applications |

Our first application, LeadRouter™,
launched in 2002 and was sold to Cendant Corporation in
late 2004. In the summer of 2005, it was named a
co-winner, with Google Earth, of the Inman Innovator
Award for "Most Innovative Technology" of the year.
LeadRouter™ is currently used by almost 100,000 real
estate professionals. Since being sold to Cendant,
the LeadRouter™ application is now available only to
companies affiliated with one of Cendant's five real
estate brands: Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA
Real Estate, Sotheby's International Realty, and
Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Do Not Call Sentry™
is the premier do-not-call compliance tool in the real
estate industry today, with nearly 200,000 paid
subscribers. DNCsentry™ is a simple-to-use web
application that makes it easy to comply with the
federal do not call rules with minimal effort on the
part of agents and company staff. It also helps
companies easily take advantage of the "safe harbor"
provisions of the federal law.

Our principals are all brokers and long time Realtors®
who have been active in the industry and organized real
estate for years.

Roy Rainey, CRB
Roy owns Rainey Realty, a 75-agent firm in
Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a 20+ year broker who
has served as an NAR regional vice president and
president of the Arkansas Realtors® Association. Roy
was one of the founders of REALTOR.com and was a
Vice President of Homestore for many years. He left
Homestore to create innovative technology for
REALTORS® like LeadRouter™, LeadPhone™, and Do Not
Call Sentry™. Roy also currently serves
as a Commissioner on the Arkansas Real Estate
Commission.

Randy Hollister, CRB,
ePRO Randy is a broker who has been active in the
real estate industry for 27 years. He is a
nationally recognized trainer and speaker on real
estate technology, having trained thousands of
agents in 41 states and three countries on the
effective use of technology to build their business.
He has been certified by 21 states as a real estate
continuing education instructor, and has presented
at many state and national real estate conventions.
Prior to founding the current firm in 2002, Randy was the National
Customer Training Manager for REALTOR.com.

Carolyn Arick, ePRO
Carolyn is also a broker who has been involved
in real estate technology for the past eight years
and manages our operations center in Little Rock.
Carolyn was previously the Director of Operations of
REALTOR.com's Little Rock Telecenter.
Before becoming involved in the real estate
industry, Carolyn had an active career in
education administration.
